Future Leader C’23 Retreat: Phoenix, Arizona

In April 2023, Future Leaders of The BECA Playbook Class of 2023 organized and hosted a weekend retreat in Phoenix, Arizona, filled with fellowship, community service, and fun! This retreat was more than just a gathering of peers; it was a enriching experience aimed at nurturing personal and professional growth while building community among the first cohort of The BECA Playbook.

To add to the excitement, BECA Members Rudy Wilson and Will Smith hosted candid fireside chats with no questions off limits. The tight-knit group of Future Leaders bonded over intimate meals, community service, and vineyard visits while reflecting on cherished memories and insightful learnings through The BECA Playbook.
