Catherine Grayson-Roper
V-Suite ParticipantCatherine Grayson-Roper brings a passion for the consumer and more than 20 years of experience in product and brand marketing.
She spent the past decade in the home design space -most recently with luxury home furnishings leader MillerKnoll, where she established and led global teams in building retail marketing capabilities for brands like Herman Miller, Knoll and Design within Reach.
Previously, Catherine led marketing for major brands at Delta Faucet company, Bed Bath and Beyond and Johnson and Johnson. It was at Delta Faucet company where she was responsible for the company’s $1B flagship brand, and helped to refine it’s 70-year-old brand positioning resulting in increases in key brand health metrics – including awareness and consideration.
Early in her career, Catherine spent 14 years at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products and was instrumental in marketing several leading
global consumer brands including SPLENDA Sweetener, AVEENO and LUBRIDERM skincare brands.
Catherine brings a unique mix of experience across Consumer and B-to-B verticals including commercial, hospitality, builder, Tradeshows and Showrooms. She’s also adept in mentoring and managing high performing teams to deliver integrated campaigns including national advertising, digital and social media, public relations/events, partnerships and promotions.
She holds an undergraduate degree and MBA in marketing. Catherine is originally from Michigan and enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband Avis and two children, son Grayson and daughter Sydney, a Senior and Freshman in High School, respectively. She is passionate about family,
good food, international travel, dogs (especially her dog Milo), and giving back to her community.
