She is currently a member of the Sun Country Airlines board of directors, where she
serves as a member of the comp and HR as well as the nominating and governance
committees.
For 8 years, Peterson was an executive at Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies that protect people and vital resources for 45 industries in 170 countries. At Ecolab, she served as the Executive Vice President and Global Chief
Marketing Officer leading the company’s global marketing, communications, brand
development, sustainability, and functional talent development initiatives. She also was the Marketing leader for Ecolab’s Global Healthcare business where she led market- expanding global strategies for a broad portfolio of innovative infection prevention programs to customers in more than 90 countries.
Prior to joining Ecolab in 2016, Peterson was with General Mills, Inc. for 15 years, where she held a number of roles of increasing importance and helped expand a number of businesses, brands, and strategic initiatives.

Executive Leadership Council
