Katia deSouza is a recovering cell biologist/biochemist who found a happy home in pharma marketing. She moved to the Northeast from Atlanta to attend college (Mount Holyoke Forever Shall Be!) and later graduate school in NYC. Ten years ago, she moved to Switzerland for work and spent the next five years filling her travel and foodie cups. Now back in New York City, she works to help myeloma patients acquire the treatments they need. In her downtime, she enjoys exploring new places and cuisines with her partner in all things.
