What is The BECA V-Suite?
The BECA V-Suite is a one-year journey that expands upon the foundations and successes of The BECA Playbook by helping marketers and marketing-adjacent professionals at the Vice President level up their game, enhance their professional brand, and propel their career trajectories to the C-Suite. The BECA V-Suite will help drive the careers of participants through curated learning experiences led by a coalition of iconic Black leaders from the world’s most influential brands and companies.
Our objective is to further develop the potential and contributions of Black marketers and marketing-adjacent professionals by providing guidance, subject matter expertise, and community as they continue to advance their careers. The BECA V-Suite will allow participants to finetune necessary skills, increase confidence in their personal brands, and cultivate an unmatched network of Black peers and executives.

THE BECA V-Suite
The BECA V-Suite will host programming every month for one year using formats that allow for authentic sharing between Black CxOs, BECA Members, and fellow VPs:
- Interactive, expert-led sessions
- CxO roundtables
- Cohort Retreat
- Independent e-learning
- Peer teams
- One-on-one CxO access
- CxO Toolkit: Understand the skills necessary to excel at the C-Suite level
- Leadership: Establish and build your personal leadership brand
- DEI Championing: Find your authentic DEI voice to take action
- Industry: Apply your skills in the context of your industry and/or function.
- One-on-one CxO mentorship allows participants to share goals, develop a path to action, and gain invaluable perspectives.
- Meet with peers at similar levels to reflect on shared experiences and gain a lifelong network.
