This year’s theme is “Light the Way” and will honor iconic Black business leaders and corporations that are putting in the work, despite the headwinds, to build a bigger, better pipeline of leaders prepared to take on C-suite roles.
The Manifest Awards Gala will allow us to celebrate BECA’s mission and the generational impact BECA members have been driving since our inception in 2021. We will highlight our distinguished members, Future Leaders, and esteemed VIP Sponsors. Given Atlanta’s rich HBCU legacy, we will also highlight their importance to the fabric of Black Excellence.
