Marketing and Communications Consultant

Cynthia Leek Cleveland is a Brand Marketing and Communications professional that takes a vision and  makes it reality through sound strategy development. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that  wind through an organization, brings them together into a coherent customer experience, and increases  revenue and shareholder value. Cynthia is currently a Marketing and Communications Consultant with the Black Executive CMO Alliance (BECA) where she is responsible for member communications, program  management, digital marketing, and event planning. Cynthia has extensive experience and expertise in  brand marketing, public relations, sales management, event planning, startups, product launches,  customer care, and digital communications. 

Cynthia’s strategic and tactical experience spans over three decades as a senior leader in Fortune 100 Corporations such as AT&T (20 years), Equifax, The Home Depot and a long-term contractor with the U.S.  Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) where she distinguished herself as a high achieving contributor to the business and a highly respected and trusted adviser to C-suite executives. 

Cynthia is a native of Gary, IN. She graduated from Spelman College with a BA Degree and a double major in English and Mass Communications. Cynthia is passionate about mentoring youth, helping those less fortunate, and social justice causes. She is an active volunteer with Cool Girls, Inc. (teen mentoring group),  and Paralyzed Veterans of America. Cynthia currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
