Dre Jones is an experienced Manager within the Customer Ops Service Line of Deloitte Digital, where he leads various Business & IT organizations in their Lead to Loyalty digital transformations. He has worked with a myriad of industries, including but not limited to industrials/manufacturing, automotive, telecommunications, and retail. Dre holds an MBA with a concentration in Managing Innovation & Technology, Entrepreneurship, and IT Management from the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
