Alesha Jackson is the Chief Operating Officer of DeskTop Ink Virtual Assistance, a virtual assistant staffing and recruiting firm. In addition to DeskTop Ink, Alesha is a Senior Executive Assistant and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience and a realtor in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. Alesha’s administrative career has allowed her the opportunity to excel at providing proactive administrative and project support to C-Level executives around the country. Her ability to provide comprehensive support for executive-level staff, excel at project management, organization, coordinate meetings and logistics, manage travel, manage employees & be proactive in unpredictable environments makes her an invaluable asset.

Originally from Mt. Morris, MI, a suburb of Flint, MI., Alesha graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. While attending college, Alesha began her administrative support career working for her family’s business as the Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant to the CFO. This opportunity sparked Alesha’s interest in administrative support. Alesha has spent most of her career using her skills as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager. She has either held executive level support roles or helped companies find Executive Assistants. Her experience includes Mann Bracken/Axiant, LLC., a law firm specializing in collections, Ch2mHill who held the contract to provide Public Works support for the city of Sandy Springs, GA., The American College of Rheumatology, Randstad USA supporting the CFO, Amtrak supporting the CIO, Heidrick & Struggles, Diversified Search Group supporting the CEO and CLO, The Black Executive CMO Alliance supporting the Founder and CEO, Symphony Chips supporting the Founder & CEO, and Magna Vista Partners supporting the Founder and CEO.
