Casey Williams

Casey Williams is a Director of Customer Experience Marketing at UPS with a tenure of over twelve years. Prior to UPS, Casey held various positions in Sales and Marketing managing brands and large categories of products for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Casey is passionate about including the voice of the customer in decisions, and is focused on contributing to the continuous transformation of UPS into a ‘Customer First’ organization. Casey leverages her strategic insight to be a change agent and invests in developing strong cross functional relationships throughout the company. She is a thoughtful leader and understands that success is based on all stakeholders sharing a common goal.
