Susan Somersille Johnson is a transformative global executive, an industry leader in revitalizing iconic brands to achieve record customer growth, engagement and loyalty, by merging technology with marketing innovation. An engineer by training, Johnson began her marketing career at Apple and has led marketing teams across 180 countries at Prudential Financial, Truist
Financial, NCR and Nokia.
Johnson serves on the board of directors of National Vision and previously Constellation Brands.
Passionate about philanthropy and volunteerism, she is also a board member of the Westside Future Fund and HOPE Global Forums. She was named “Marketer of the Year” by Target Marketing, and among the “50 Most Powerful Women in Corporate America” by Black Enterprise.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering sciences from Harvard University and an MBA in
finance from The Wharton School.
