Terika is a results-oriented leader, marketer, and brand builder with a passion to deeply understand the
consumer. Her superpowers include building team culture, setting strategic vision, making data driven
decisions, and moving ideas into action.

Terika brings a diverse background in brand management, consumer products, technology, and
entertainment. She is currently the Sprite Brand Director at The Coca-Cola Company, where she leads a team focused on driving growth through new strategies, campaigns, and product launches. Prior to Coca-Cola, Terika led equity development and long-term growth strategies across several brands at Amazon Music, Frito-Lay, and Kraft Foods.

Terika holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
