Turkessa Simmons is a Global Marketing Strategy Director at UPS with over 20 years of combined
Marketing and Finance experience.
Turkessa is currently leading the global expansion of the Digital Access Program, while spearheading
strategic initiatives that will accelerate UPS’s growth through a transformational, digital channel. She has
proven experience in addressing the complexities SMB customers face when shipping internationally, by
developing new products and solutions to expand into new markets. She specializes in creating
innovative strategies and developing them into a scalable, executable roadmap to maximize profit.
She is passionate about developing her people, focused on giving back, and being intentionally
purposeful when collaborating with others to provide meaningful insights to drive collective success.
Turkessa has a bachelor’s degree in International Culture and Economics from Bentley University and MBA with a focus on Finance from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia.
