Kevin Warren is a purpose-driven marketing leader and business growth driver, recognized for his ability to develop talent and inspire cross-functional teams.
Currently, he serves on Fiserv’s board of directors, Assurant’s board of directors, Georgetown University’s board of directors, and the International Tennis Hall of Fame board of governors.
From 2018 to 2023, Kevin was the EVP and Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer at UPS, where he led various marketing and customer experience initiatives and was named to Forbes’ 2022 World’s Most Influential CMOs list and Adweek’s 2023 Brand Genius. Prior to UPS, Kevin spent over 30 years at Xerox Corporation, culminating as EVP and Chief Commercial Officer.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Georgetown University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. In 2024, Board Prospects named him one of the 100 Black Board Members Making a Difference.
