Kevin Warren

As an accomplished C-suite executive, he is recognized for his ability to identify and develop talent,
deliver strong business results and inspire cross-functional teams to think big and act boldly.
Kevin is currently a member of Fiserv’s board of directors, where he serves as audit committee chair and a
member of the talent and compensation committee. He is also on the Georgetown University board of
directors, where he serves as an executive committee member and chair of the committee on athletics. In
addition, he is a member of the International Tennis Hall of Fame board of governors, the Black Executive
CMO Alliance and the Executive Leadership Council. In 2024, BoardProspects named Kevin one of the 100 Black Board Members Making a Difference for his profound contributions to corporate and non-profit board governance.
From 2018 to 2023, Kevin served as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Marketing & Customer
Experience Officer at UPS. As a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team, Kevin was
responsible for U.S. and International Marketing, The UPS Store, Digital Access Program, Revenue
Enablement, Business Planning, Forecasting & Pricing, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Global
Business Services and Brand Relevancy. In recognition of his leadership in the marketing industry, Kevin
was named to Forbes’ 2022 World’s Most Influential CMOs list and recognized by Adweek as a 2023 Brand
Genius. He also won one of Adweek’s 2022 CMO Awards.
Prior to joining UPS, Kevin spent over 30 years at Xerox Corporation in a variety of positions, most recently
serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, he led Marketing, Worldwide Channel Strategy, Salesforce Effectiveness and Global Client Engagement for the company’s diverse
portfolio of hardware, software, and services. He joined Xerox in 1984 as a sales trainee.
A native of Washington, D.C., Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in finance from Georgetown University and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, having completed the Advanced Management Program.
