Kevin Warren is a purpose-driven marketing leader, brand and customer experience innovator and business growth driver. As an accomplished C-suite executive, he is recognized for his ability to deliver strong business results and inspire cross-functional teams to think big and act boldly.

He is currently a member of the Fiserv board of directors, where he serves as audit committee chair and a member of the nominating and governance committee. He is also on the Georgetown University board of directors, where he serves as an executive committee member and chair of the committee on athletics. In addition, Kevin is a member of the International Tennis Hall of Fame board of governors and the Executive Leadership Council.

From 2018 to 2023, Kevin served as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer at UPS. As a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team, Kevin was responsible for U.S. and International Marketing, The UPS Store, Digital Access Program, Revenue Enablement, Business Planning, Forecasting & Pricing, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Global Business Services and Brand Relevancy.

Kevin’s tenure at UPS contains many achievements. His dedication to improving customer experience and enabling digital business growth helped drive a 12-percent increase in small and medium-size business (SMB) penetration. Kevin launched UPS’s Digital Access Program (DAP), which enables UPS to partner with key digital platforms including Shopify, eBay and Worldwide Express. Within four years, DAP generated nearly $3 billion in annual revenue. He also increased UPS’s net promoter scores through relentless dedication to customer success – leveraging The UPS Store as a strategic asset while improving our customer experience across the brand’s physical and digital channels. In addition, Kevin brought a “cool” factor to UPS, positioning the company as the logistics brand of choice by meeting customers where they are by showing up in culture and leveraging key partnerships.

In recognition of his leadership in the marketing industry, Kevin was named to Forbes’ 2022 World’s Most Influential CMOs list and recognized by Adweek as a 2023 Brand Genius. He also won one of Adweek’s 2022 CMO Awards.

Prior to UPS, Kevin spent more than 30 years at Xerox in a variety of positions including Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Xerox Corporation, where he was responsible for Marketing, Worldwide Channel Strategy, Salesforce Effectiveness and Global Client Engagement for the company’s diverse portfolio of hardware, software, and services. Kevin joined Xerox in 1983 as an intern in Washington, D.C.

A native of Washington, D.C., Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in finance from Georgetown University and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, having completed the Advanced Management Program.
