Today’s Supreme Court decision to strike down Affirmative Action and access makes organizations like BECA even more critical.
The Black Executive CMO Alliance’s mission is to drive equity and representation and ensure future Black leaders are prepared, resilient, and confident in their journey. They have the ability to demonstrate their excellence and be given equal access to all of the opportunities available to others.
We will not stop. In fact, we will push harder and faster to reach equality. BECA will be even more resolute about the importance of its work, and we will continue to shake up and challenge the status quo. We are creating momentum and building the toolkits and playbooks that were not previously shared. BECA remains laser-focused on making a difference and continuing to grow the community of Black marketers.
